Celebrating 25 Years of Business!

By Laura Anderson

It was twenty-five years ago that Ray White Picton was established in our beautiful country town. May 1st 1993 Kevin and Jane O’Mara embarked on a venture, purchasing Max Watson Real Estate established 1975 and secured the Ray White franchise. At the opening our staff consisted of Kevin and Jane O’Mara, Max Watson and Debbie Adams.

We’ve been extremely fortunate over the past twenty-five years. Jane and I would like to acknowledge all the support and work from our past and current colleagues. Max Watson, Debbie Adas, Neil Davies, Bev Harrison, Doris Stead, Tanya Firth, Kevin Hill, Jodie Reason, David Roberts, Daniel O’Mara, Josh O’Mara, Jaimi Calvert and Trish Rowley. Our current team: Barry Lutman 23 years, Cathy O’Mara 20 years, Laura Anderson 5 years, Jo Smoothy 4 years, Cassy Charlesworth 4 years and Luke Bear 2 years.

To our past and present clients thank you for your continued support. For the past three years running Ray White Picton have won Agency of the Year for Picton in the Rate my Agent awards.

Today our team is still drive to provide the very best real estate service in our district. We are always approachable and willing to provide advice. As always our area is great value for money compared to city markets. Our residential and commercial areas continue to grow in value and we offer easy access to the M5 commuting belt.

Major retailers over the years have been attracted to our area: Coles, Woolworths, Aldi providing local employment. (I guess we’d all like some better infrastructure though).

Today I see Ray White Picton as twenty-five years young. New times, new challenges. Our industry is very competitive, but we are experienced, dedicated and a motivated real estate team. Maintaining our office as market leader is paramount.

Wollondilly thank you again for your continued support. Selling, buying, property management contact the Ray White team on 4677 1302
