Leanne joined the Ray White Picton team in 2019 and has over 20 years’ experience across both Property Management and Strata Management. In her previous roles, Leanne has overseen two property managers and a portfolio of 400+ properties.
Leanne knows how important it is to increase her landlord’s return on investment and create a trouble free tenancy – she covers the day to day running of the property, but also rent and arrears management, condition reporting and regular inspections, repairs and maintenance, the list goes on.
She is a firm believer in providing honest and transparent service and ensures both landlords and tenants are informed throughout the leasing and management experience. Leanne is always up to date with current legislation.
Leanne has lived in the Camden district for over 20 years, where her two sons have attended school and played sports.
