As the first point of contact for clients, she brings a welcoming and professional approach to every interaction, ensuring everyone who walks through the door or calls the office feels supported.

A long-term Picton local, Ella has been working in the real estate industry since 2022 and has developed strong knowledge of the local market and day-to-day operations. She assists the Property Management team with administration, routine and vacant property inspections, and the processing of rental applications, helping ensure everything runs efficiently for both landlords and tenants.

Ella is known for her strong attention to detail and proactive attitude, always willing to lend a hand wherever needed. Her approachable nature and commitment to providing excellent service make her a valued member of the team and a reliable support for both colleagues and clients.
